USA - Renkus-Heinz has announced two new team members. Joe Kaveney assumes the role of industrial engineering manager and Andrew Gizara joins as electrical engineer.
Kaveney’s career spans from earning a US patent in the solar industry to implementing approved processes in the aerospace sector. Alongside his professional accomplishments, Kaveney's lifelong passion for music includes playing instruments, producing live events, and building interactive art installations.
“I feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to leverage my passion for music and sound with my professional experience in process design and efficiency,” says Kaveney. “It is my pleasure to assist with the industrialization of our business by establishing a robust fabrication process with an optimized supply chain – ultimately resulting in a truly lossless pro-audio experience from raw material to consumer.”
Joining the engineering department is Andrew Gizara, a prolific inventor with an impressive portfolio of over 20 US. and foreign patents whose distinguished career spans decades in the fields of scientific instrumentation, AI, computers, networking/telephony, chips, and aerospace. The move to Renkus-Heinz marks Gizara’s return to his first passion - audio electronics.

Kaveney will be working closely with VP operations Jim Mobley to optimise the production process while Gizara will be working with engineering manager Chad DeFranco in product design and development. “I’m delighted to welcome Joe and Andrew to the team,” remarks DeFranco.
