The units were delivered by Robe's Turkish distributor Atempo, and will be used to service Organizer's vibrant client base on a wide variety of productions in Turkey and internationally.
In keeping with the company's reputation for innovation and forward thinking, they wanted to invest in cutting-edge technologies that offered the most inventive and flexible possibilities both now and in the future ... "So we chose Robe," state directors Sermurat Kucukgul and Yildiray Yildiz.
The fixture list includes 56 x MMX Spots, 32 LEDWash 800s, 16 x MMX WashBeams, 24 LEDBeam 100s, 16 LEDWash 600s and six LEDWash 300s - all from Robe's Robin series.
Organizer are completely confident they have made the right decision, "The brand is powerful and the units are tough and well-made as well as being affordable," says Yildiray.
From a rental company perspective, he thinks the lights are excellent creative tools for all the LDs who will be using them, as well as practical and functional.
Among the first events for the new fixtures will be the 2013 Turkish Language Olympiad, being staged in nine different cities in June, where students of the language will complete for titles like: grammar, oral skills, writing essays, reciting poems, singing songs, theatre and general culture.
The lighting designs for these assorted shows will be created by two of Organizer's full time LDs, Salih Yalcin and Volkan Buyruko?lu.
