Heise will become a link between Robe's clients, end users and distributors and the Robe R 'n' D and sales and marketing teams. He will be responsible for monitoring market trends and feedback, analysing customer's needs and cross-referencing and comparing markets and products - essentially a two-way conduit between clients and the company.
