Denmark - Newly available from DPA Microphones is the MPS6001 miniature power supply, designed to work with the entire range of DPA miniature microphones in situations where phantom power is not available. The 1-channel battery-operated MPS6001 also functions as a 48V phantom power adapter as the battery is bypassed when supplied with phantom power.
The MPS6001 is ideally suited to a wide range of applications. In the broadcast environment it will prove particularly useful when DPA miniature microphones are directly connected to cameras and other devices without phantom power. In live music situations, especially in small venues where 48V phantom power is not always available, the MPS6001 will function as an invaluable safety device, providing artists with their own battery-operated power supply complete with a useful belt clip for easy on-stage handling.

"Sound systems for clubs are usually very easy to absorb because you're dealing with main dance floor sound so
