The sessions are open to users from a variety of industries

UK/USA - Stage Precision, has announced its 2024 schedule of education training days. The sessions, open to users from a variety of industries and taking place in locations in both the UK and USA, cater for both complete newcomers to Stage Precision software, and those who have previously completed a Core Skills workshop in the past.

“Training is important to us,” confirms Kevin Li, technical solutions specialist at Stage Precision. “Not only does it help us to spread the knowledge of software such as SP and grow our user base, but it also creates an opportunity for Stage Precision to develop the skills of our users and strengthen our community.”

SP by Stage Precision is the brand’s most popular product, a ‘Swiss Army knife’ that can be integrated with leading production technology to unify workflows on even the most complex projects. Having acted as the backbone of virtual production on the Super Bowl 2024 and fostered cross-departmental collaboration on the recent Eurovision Song Content, SP is quickly garnering attention for its ability to provide a single source of truth for complex workflows involving lots of data.

The sessions, comprised of core skills training workshops and virtual production training, provide an entry point for those either new to SP software overall or looking to learn and utilise its rich variety of features for virtual production environments. Taking place at LED volume studios in New York, Los Angeles and London, the courses will be led by Stage Precision co-founder, Axel Lambrecht and product specialist, Matt Villis.

“First and foremost, attending our dedicated training is the best way for users to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of SP,” continues Li. “The benefit over online or remote training courses is that in-person sessions provide students with the opportunity to receive instant feedback from a certified SP trainer and the ability to ask more questions and learn more. It’s also a great way for professionals to meet others in the community and expand their personal network.”
