With the launch of PVSL, Filmbank say it has made screening films in public easier and more cost effective for all businesses within this industry. For one annual fee, the PVS Licence will enable users to purchase VHS tapes and DVDs from retail outlets to screen within their outlet all year around. A separate PVSL is required for each location where movies are to be played. All VHS tapes and DVDs will need to be purchased or rented from legitimate UK retailers.
