Perfectly complementing the S6000's unique advanced systems' design, the HTX is a high quality frequency agile handheld transmitter that boasts a brand new ergonomic design. Aimed at the professional user, the HTX will be offering a variety of inter-changeable capsules in the near future - dynamic, condenser, omni or cardioid. This will augment the systems' potential, as a very versatile tool across a variety of application environments, including live, theatre, broadcast and AV applications.
Providing extra freedom of movement and delivering crystal clear audio, it offers a complimentary performance to the award-winning miniature S6000 body pack and incorporates many of its exceptional features including, operating times in excess of 10 hours of constant use with a single AA alkaline cell, 70MHz frequency window, infra-red frequency and operating options set up. The feature packed S6000 system is perfect for theatre applications and provides an innovative alternative across a number of sound production levels. Its 2U rack-mounted receiver boasts unparalleled frequency agility and allows up to eight receiver cards to be slotted in, which augments flexible operation. Its internally mounted PC - running windows XP, gathers system performance data from the receiver cards and allows a network of up to 40 receiver cards to be monitored from a single screen. These can be positioned backstage and FOH for maximum control.
Adding enormous flexibility to the S6000 range, the HTX transmitter can also be combined with the S6000's sister products - the Trantec S6001 (single receiver) and the S6002 (dual receiver).Trantec's sales manager Rob Piddington commented: "We're delighted with the new handheld, it expands the potential of the S6000 system into the live market, apart from adding extra flexibility to the system in theatre and broadcast applications."
