Rocktronic Centres comprises over sixty independent MI stores nationwide and is headed up by Ian Barnes. The aim of Rocktronic Centres is to offer a combined buying power that allows more product choice, better deals and ultimately an increased service capacity.
Trantec's S4.4 was launched last Autumn and offers "a cost effective and flexible alternative for vocals, presentations and musical instruments".Additionally, the system offers four licence-free switchable UHF frequencies, which can operate simultaneously.
The system is available as a Vocal system, which comprises a hand-held transmitter with a dynamic capsule and a diversity receiver. The Lapel system is designed for use in lecture environments, corporate presentations, and theatre. It comprises a body pack transmitter, and a discreet clip-on microphone that boasts an omnidirectional pick up pattern. With the flick of a switch the transmitter can connect to an electric guitar via an especially designed cable that comes as part of the package.
Ian Barnes comments, "We're delighted to have added Trantec to our expanding product portfolio. This system not only offers value for money, but is enormously adaptable and does not compromise on quality and performance. Currently eighteen of our centres have taken on the S4.4 system and it has been positively received."
Trantec sales executive, Mark Parkhouse adds, "We're delighted to be working with Rocktronics and we're particularly pleased that the S4.4 has been so well received. It mirrors our impetus at Trantec to design and build products that provide realistic and cost effective equipment for today's multichannel applications."
