USA - Since the opening of the ICP Production Centre in Atlanta, In Concert Productions founder, Jay Rabbit, has been looking at expansion opportunities. The 30,000sq.ft facility is set to double in size by March 2024. The larger facility is predicted to offset production costs while creating jobs.
Rabbitt founded In Concert Productions (ICP) in the late 1970s. While the company was built on providing sound production and audio services, ICP quickly scaled into a full-service event production company. Its clients include the 1996 Olympics and Coca-Cola to long-standing television shows like Family Feud.

The maintenance module allows you to track repairs, log tests and services, move assets to different depots, change what an asset is, and much more.
The maintenance module is fully adaptive to all mobile devices and can even use your phone camera as a barcode or QR code scanner. You can also use inbuilt or linked barcode scanners or an RFID reader.

Vietnam - Christie HS Series 1DLP laser projectors brought to life the fictional planet of Nebula, enthralling audiences with immersive visuals in a dome set up within Dam Sen Cultural Park, a well-known amusement park in Ho Chi Minh City.
Titled Nebula – The Elemental Lighting Planet, this AV showcase took place in an inflatable dome measuring 15m in diameter and 8m in height. It employed various technologies including several Christie D20WU-HS laser projectors, interactive lighting, laser effects, and realistic props to transport visitors to an exciting universe inspired by Avatar: The Way of Water. The concept was conceived and executed by Christie’s partner Alta Media, which specialises in systems integration, digital content, and show entertainment technology.

UK - Christie projection has helped to elevate a spatial light art experience at a 19th-century church building in Waterloo, Liverpool. At Black Hole – End of Time, projectors were used to map striking content from visual artist Rocco Helmchen onto the interior of Old Christ Church, in conjunction with a soundtrack, lighting, lasers, and additional effects.
The performance was the brainchild of musician and lighting designer Paul Alty, with the projection content created by Helmchen. Funds were raised from ticket sales, a JustGiving page, and cash donations and were donated to BackupTech, which supports professionals in the entertainment industry, and local charity Friends of Old Christ Church.

UK - Event venue ExCeL London has signed a new contract with audio-visual and entertainment technology company, Anna Valley. The new deal not only extends the organisations’ preferred partnership agreement, but also grants Anna Valley exclusive AV provider status in key parts of the venue - a move designed to strengthen ExCeL’s global congress and conference offering.
Anna Valley was first appointed as ExCeL’s preferred AV provider in December 2020. Spain - Brompton Technology has announced the release of a new receiver card, the Tessera G1, which is the first receiver card to support 10Gb fibre connections direct to the panel. It is also capable of supporting a 1m pixel capacity for a new generation of ultra-fine pixel pitch panels, or up to 1,000 fps (frames per second). All this is made possible by a 20x increase in computing power compared to the existing top performer, the Tessera R2+ receiver card.

Philippines - Located in the central business district of Makati, Philippines, HIT Productions is a 31-year-old post-production studio known for creating award-winning work serving the advertising, music, film, and streaming localisation markets.
With recent changes in how content is created, distributed, and consumed, HIT realized that its old facility no longer met the needs of its production teams and clients. Studios in the old facility were based on analogue point-to-point connections built back in the era of specialised rooms with limited signal routing options, resulting in inefficient use of space and resources. Qatar - Creative Technology Middle East supported broadcaster Fox to deliver the largest temporary studio in Qatar on the Doha Corniche waterfront promenade, for the live broadcast of the FIFA World Cup 2022.
Fox sports broadcast all 64 World Cup games live across the United States from their set featuring four different stages, each having a backdrop of the West Bay illuminated skyline of Qatar's capital.
CTME delivered the studio’s AV requirements across the impressive space which span across 148ft x 33ft within two stories. The onsite build started on 22 October and ran 24/7 until FIFA went live on 20 November.
The AV solutions consisted of 500sqm of LED controlled by multiple Novastar H9 splicers and Barco E2 screen management system to manage over 22m pixels. A bespoke lighting package consisted over 700 lighting fixtures.
