Raymakers will report to Ludo Maes, managing director of Videohouse. Luc Meertens will remain active within the company, but as an independent consultant, continuing his task of supervising and guiding the administrative and financial departments. He will also carry on with his current project to further develop the French market. Videohouse's executive board thanked Meertens for the important contribution he has made in the past towards the company's successful development.
