Exhibiting on Stand 137 at ABTT 2013 - which takes place at The Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London from 12-13 June - Yamaha will be highlighting the sound quality and versatility of its CL series digital mixing system and the Commercial Installer Solutions (CIS) range.
Already well-established in the live production, theatre and broadcast markets, two of the attractions of the CL series for theatre are its audio quality and flexibility.
In theatre, where sound levels range from strident music to absolute silence, the quality of sound reinforcement is key. The CL series features head amps which deliver remarkable sonic clarity, coupled with high quality onboard processing which makes CL consoles suitable for any kind of production.
The CL1 can comfortably fit into the tiniest venue, yet has the full functionality of its bigger siblings, the CL3 and CL5. The versatility of Dante audio networking, using a single Cat6 cable, means that the CL console, Rio1608-D and Rio3224-D i/o units and other equipment (such as a laptop for multitrack recording, using Steinberg Nuendo Live) can easily be placed anywhere on the network.
Yamaha has recently further enhanced the flexibility of the CL series with the introduction of the 1u rack height Ri8-D and Ro8-D units, providing extra input and output options which take up very little space.
Suitable for distributed audio in venues of any size, the CIS series includes matrix processors, multi-channel amplifiers, ceiling speakers and surface mount speakers. Featuring Yamaha's digital technology and reliability, but at a competitive price, the CIS series can connect with other professional audio products on the Dante network, delivering a complete solution with exceptional audio quality.
