The Wholehog III pictured at the Summer Pops concerts, Liverpool.
Flying Pig Systems' Wholehog III lighting control system got one of its debut gigs this summer in Liverpool for the Summer Pops series of concerts. BB King, Van Morrison and Jools Holland were among the many artists featured nightly for shows during the month of July. Rob Fowler, providing technical support for Flying Pig Systems, commented: "Though most of the shows were run from Hog II, significant beta testing was carried out with programmer Dave Hill (Rolling Stones, Millennium Dome) during rehearsals and the console was used on one of the shows toward the end of the run - the Last Night of the Pops."
