Australia - 2015 sees ENTECH celebrate its 21st birthday. The team is proud to have been supporting the industry for so long and is looking forward to celebrating the birthday with the industry.

Over the 21 years there have been hundreds of companies and thousands of visitors who have supported the show. Organisers want to say 'cheers' and invite the industry to help celebrate. There will be a lot happening at the show to mark the special occasion with the industry.

At the last ENTECH show in 2013, a total of 4,705 visitors came through the doors and an all over attendance of 5,469 including revisits (audited) attended the last ENTECH. In 2015, organisers are expanding and improving the show to make it even bigger and better, say the organisers.

UK - Mash Media, organiser of the annual Event Production Show, has announced that it will once again be partnering with the Production Services Association (PSA) for the Show's 2015 outing. In a new deal, the PSA will partner the 2015 Event Production Show by both exhibiting and hosting its Annual General Meeting during the two day exhibition.

Liz Agostini, event director commented, "It's great news that we have secured the PSA as an event partner for the 2015 Show and we welcome them on board. USA - Lycian Stage Lighting will introduce its two newest followspots, the model 1274 Superstar 1.2 Short and Superstar 2K, 2000W MSR at LDI.

The Lycian 1274 was unveiled at PLASA London 2014 and is now available for sale. The Superstar 1.2 Short brings all the controls favoured for years on its sibling, the 1275 Superstar, one of Lycian's best-selling followspots, but in a more compact form factor and with a smaller diameter front lens.

The Audio Networking Forum will be held at RIBA in Portland Place London W1 on 12 December 2014. A new feature to the multi award-winning SHoW DMX Neo product line is the addition of Maximum Bandwidth Technology which allows SHoW DMX to change from Frequency Hopping to Wide Band Digital Modulation, which allows it to narrow its output to smaller areas of the 2.4GHz spectrum, such as Wi-Fi channels 13-14, where in the United States, no Wi-Fi broadcast takes place.

UK - UK-based event safety consultancy Stagesafe reports the Health and Safety Executive's announcement that CDM Regulations will be enforced on the events and entertainment industry from April 2015.
