Rivas' educational background includes a Master's degree in International Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota. "I am very excited to be working at Shure," said Rivas. "I've always considered Shure a world-class organization with a long history of producing successful pro audio products. It is a great honour to be chosen for this position, and I look forward to continuing Shure's legacy of success throughout the region."
