The joint statement says: "Ensuring clients and other professionals still experience the same personal service that both practices have provided to date is extremely important to us. To facilitate this we have ensured the strength of our administrative team is of the highest order, thus providing the partners, associates and senior designers with more time to concentrate on 'lighting design' to which we are both passionate and committed."
Gary Campbell stated that Campbell Design has seen a dramatic rise in workload and profile since its inception in 2000. "Joining forces with Nick and Barry at dpa lighting design will enable us to maintain and strengthen the high level of design service and resource experience we provide for all our clients. dpa lighting design is one of the leading lighting consultancies in the world with a very significant client base and design resource. We are very excited by the long-term opportunities to be developed from our amalgamation. Each practice works in different areas of the market as well as crossing over in the hotel and leisure fields and so I feel that, with this merger, we will compliment each other very well to provide an even stronger service to architects, designers, and developers."
Hoggett and Hannaford commented: "The last few years have been tremendously exciting with the development of offices in the Middle East and Japan. Gary and his team joining us is really positive and with their portfolio in Retail, Spas, Residential Projects, Galleries and Hotels we are going to have a lighting consultancy with the most incredible experience and design capability."
