The system is capable of producing a Max SPL of 131dB and handles 800W AES, say RCF.The loudspeaker enclosure shape is rectangular and the cabinet is constructed of multi-ply Baltic birch plywood and finished in a resistant, textured, polyurethane black paint. It features a pole-mount receptacle, rubber feet, two recessed handles and eight M10 mounting points, plus extensive internal bracing for flown applications. The front steel grille is epoxy powder coated.
Target applications include permanent installations, sound reinforcement in medium-to-large spaces, AV presentations, flown clusters, club systems, and main PA in small- to mid-size systems.
The S8028 is features two 18" RCF neodymium precision woofers, again mounted in a clam-shell configuration and coupled for maximised output. Each 18" woofer features a large, vented neodymium magnets and 4" copper voice coil. The system is able of producing a maximum SPL of 136dB and handles 2000W AES, say RCF, and can be used in either horizontal or vertical configuration. The cabinet is of similar construction to the S4022, and features two recessed handles, rubber feet and an epoxy powder-coated steel grille.
