WideLine's switchable midrange frequency shading is designed to allow system operators to redirect mid-bass buildup without relying upon external equalisation, aimed at improving intelligibility in this problematic bandwidth. The switch can additionally be used to orient each enclosure's low frequency pattern for either house left or right, putting an end to the practice of flipping boxes to achieve the same results. In turn, each cabinet's wide coverage pattern reduces the need for front fills and other forms of supplemental sound reinforcement. Each enclosure's low frequency impedance enables three or four boxes to easily occupy a single channel of amplification, making a three-piece stack the perfect companion for an ISIS 215PCM powered subwoofer, which has matching dimensions and acoustical qualities. Each cabinet tips the scales at just 70 pounds with all rigging included and its rigging hardware offers easy adjustment of the vertical splay angle. A stacking grid is also available to facilitate direct mounting with ISIS 215PCM subwoofers.
