Within what will be the world's largest university for women is a theatre complex with a 2500-seat performance hall, a 700-seat drama theatre and a black box theatre for lectures and small productions. While each theatre has different requirements, the contractor sought a single, proven supplier that could manufacture the complete package of under- and over-stage rigging for all three venues. Christie Lites alleges that StageCo was negligent in the design and construction of the tower. A specialised lighting array and equipment owned by Christie Lites, elevated atop the tower was totally destroyed.

AC~DC's Black Ice tour originally kicked off in 2008 and marked the first appearance of the band for eight years. Brilliant Stages designed and manufactured the infrastructure for the spectacular focal point, the Rock 'n' Roll Train. Conceived by Fisher Studio's Jeremy Lloyd and Mark Fisher, the life-size steam train incorporated lighting, pyrotechnics, smoke, C02, headlights, a brass bell and deployable, light-up devil horns.
